A cyclic molecule that can form a chain is called a peptide.Another idea is that different sequences of chemical reaction can happen. For example, there could be a cyclic molecule and another molecule with a long sequence of chemical reaction. If you get a cyclic molecule with a long sequence of chemical reaction then y ou would be able to determine whether that particular chemical reaction will occur or not.
